Our aim at Craft Village is to build a friendly shopping community. If you have an issue with a purchase you should contact the seller first to give them the opportunity to put things right. This can be done by going to your account and finding the order. You can communicate with the seller by opening an order enquiry through the link on the order. The seller will be notified and will reply to your enquiry. Hopefully this will lead to a happy solution.
If you feel that they could have offered a better service you can leave feedback to reflect this. Customer service should be a top priority for all our sellers and we have a feedback system in place to help to maintain this at its best.
Only open a case if you feel that your rights as a consumer haven’t been met.
