Pirate or spanish tutu

Pirate tutu at its best!  It has been made from recycled tutu parts with a bit of whimsey, check out the hat! if you would like it as a Spanish tutu I could take of the octopus on the top and remove the hat. Just let me know. This is a two piece tutu. We can change the size if you need. The bodice currently can extend to 30 inch across but can go longer if needed. The bottom width of the waist is 41 inches this can also be added if needed. The tutu can be smaller if needed as well. These are the basic measurements message me for more specific based on your needs.
