PISTACHIO MARZIPAN

Pistachio paste or ‘marzipan’ is becoming increasingly popular and is absolutely delicious. Many versions of pistachio marzipan are made mainly with almonds and just a small amount of pistachio nuts. Ours is handmade with 100% high quality pistachio nuts which we finely grind and blend with sugar and natural flavouring to our own recipe. The marzipan pieces are then double dipped in fine Belgian dark chocolate (55% cocoa mass). The marzipan has a naturally pale green colour – we don’t add any artificial colouring.

Allergy advice: dark chocolate contains soy lecithin and is dairy free. Marzipan contains pistachio nuts. Egg free.
