Override Store's Default Shipping at a Product Level
It is important to set your stores default shipping in the settings in your dashboard. For some sellers there is a need to change the shipping cost of products at a product level. For example if you sell mostly handmade cards and charge £2 postage, then start selling a gift box which is heavier, you can override the default charge at a product level to charge more shipping for the gift box.
You can specify product specific shipping charges on each product you add in the shipping tab on the product listing.
To override your default store shipping you need to tick the box then specify how much you want to change the default by. You can increase or decrease the shipping cost by adding a value in this field (eg “2” will increase the price by £2, “-2” will decrease the cost by £2.
You can also adjust the shipping price according to quantity purchased.
